TIPH Visits Al-Huriya Media Network
Al-Huriya News Agency - A delegation representing the Temporary International Presence in Hebron (TIPH) visited Al-Huriya Media Network in its headquarter in the middle of the city so as to check on the network's activities, programs, and audience interaction through electronic media.
The delegation included Salam Karam, Head of Societal Relations, and Haitham Obaidu, Local and Media Consultant. They were welcomed by Ayman Qawasmi, Head of Board of Directors of Al-Huriya Media Network, Ola Qawasmi, General Manager of the Network, Othman Abu Halawi and Mohammed Saeed, Radio announcers, in addition to Oudai Hejazi, Manger sound engineering.
At first, Ayman Qawasmi introduced the TIPH delegation to the achievements of the Media Network, especially the Radio Station. He indicated the keenness of the administration to advance and develop its products in a way that offers the best service possible to the audience. He elaborated that, the keenness of administration was represented in expanding the headquarter of the Radio Station, a part from adding and renewing programs such as: Daily News in English and Electronic English Website, in addition to targeting not only Arabs, but also all people all over the world regardless of their cultures and languages.
It is worth mentioning that, TIPH implemented previous projects in cooperation with societal and official institutions so as to maintain and preserve the civilization heritage of the old city of Hebron.
